Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company is to be held at Queens Court Hotel, Bystock Terrace, Exeter, Devon EX4 4HY, on 18 February 2008, at 12.30 pm for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Resolutions may be proposed at the meeting of creditors to set the basis of the Liquidators remuneration and to confirm the pre appointment costs. Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to Section 98(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986 that Kevin Brown of Marriotts LLP, Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London, W1G 0AH is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the above Company and will furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the company’s affairs as they may reasonable require. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the registered office of the company situated at Marriotts LLP, 4th Floor, Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH, not later than 12 noon on 15th February 2008. A General Meeting of Members has been convened for the same day to pass a Resolution to place the Company into Liquidation.
