THE REDBRIDGE (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (NO ) TRAFFIC ORDER 200
1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge after consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, propose to make the above mentioned Orders in exercise of the powers, conferred by sections 6 and 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the 20 mph Speed Limit Order would be to introduce a 20 miles per hour speed limit in the roads and lengths of roads specified in the Schedule to this notice.
3. The general effect of the prescribed routes Order would be to impose one way working:
(a) From north to south in that length of service road fronting Nos. 488 to 510 High Road, Woodford Green that extends between its junction High Road, Woodford Green and its junction with Inmans Row;
(b) From north-west to south-east in that length of Inmans Row that extends between its junction with High Road, Woodford Green and its junction with Monkham’s Lane.
4. Copies of the proposed Orders, together with a plan of the area and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders, along with more detailed particulars of the scheme may be inspected between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm, on Mondays to Fridays (9.30 am to 4.30 pm on Wednesdays), until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the Information Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, Essex IG1 1NY.
5. Any person wishing to object or make representations on the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection or representation and the grounds thereof to the Chief Engineering & Building Services Officer, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, Essex IG1 1NY quoting reference EBS/TE/SA/M200 by no later than 10 January 2008.

Inmans Row, between the south-eastern kerb-line of High Road, Woodford Green and the north-eastern kerb-line of Monkham’s Lane.
Monkham’s Avenue, between a point 40.7 metres north-west of the north-western kerb-line of Twentyman Close and the north-western kerb-line of Monkham’s Avenue.
Monkham’s Lane, between the south-eastern kerb-line of High Road, Woodford Green and a point of 20.9 metres west of the south-western kerb-line of Monkham’s Drive.
Service Road Fronting Nos. 488-510 High Road, Woodford Green, between the south-eastern kerb-line of High Road, Woodford Green and the north-eastern kerb-line of Inmans Row.
The Green, between the south-western kerb-line of Monkham’s Lane and the north-eastern kerb-line of Monkham’s Avenue.
