A Petition to wind up the above-named Company Olympus Stores Limited, of Wellington Mill Office Block, Suite C, First Floor, Quebec Street, Elland, Halifax, West Yorkshire HX5 9AS, presented on 21 November 2007 by the Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, c/o Cobbetts LLP, 58 Mosley Street, Manchester M2 3HZ, will be heard at Manchester District Registry, at 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ, on 14 January 2008, at 0930 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
