Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Vantis Business Recovery Services, The White Cottage, 19 West Street, Epsom KT18 7BS, on 04 December 2007, at 10.15 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 100 and 101 of the said Act. Forms of proxy to be used at the Meeting, accompanied by a statement of claim, must be lodged at the offices of Vantis Business Recovery Services, Judd House, 16 East Street, Tonbridge, Kent TN9 1HG, the Registered Office of the company, not later than 12.00 noon on 3rd December 2007.
