Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors will be held at the offices of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Cooper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG, on Tuesday 21 August 2007, at 11.30 am, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. A Resolution may be proposed at the Meeting of Creditors to fix the basis of the Liquidators’ remuneration and to approve the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG, on the two business days immediately preceding the date of the Meeting between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
