Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act, 1986, that a meeting of Creditors of the above named Company will be held at 105-111 Euston Street, London NW1 2EW, on the 10 July 2007 at 2.30 pm for the purposes mentioned in Sections 100 and 101 of the said Act. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at 105-111 Euston Street, London NW1 2EW, on the two business days falling next before the day on which the Meeting of Creditors will be held. Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required as soon as possible to send in their names, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, to Mr S. Saud, Insolvency Practitioner of Saud & Company, 105-111 Euston Street, London NW1 2EW for inclusion in the statement of affairs. At the meeting a Resolution as to the basis on which the Liquidator’s remuneration be agreed will also be presented together with a Resolution that the Liquidator’s expenses and disbursements be drawn as per the “Creditors Guide to fees charged by Liquidators” sent to creditors.
