A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Hill Barton Business Park, Sidmouth Road, Clyst St Mary, Exeter, Devon EX5 1BP, presented on 18 May 2007, by (1) Parkins Group Limited, of Hill Barton Business Park, Sidmouth Road, Clyst St Mary, Exeter, Devon EX5 1BP and (2) Doctor Josef Hacohen, of 5 Kingfisher Drive, Exeter, Devon EX4 4SN, on the grounds that it is just and equitable for the Company to be wound up by virture of section 122(1)(g) of the Insolvency Act 1986, will be heard at the Bristol District Registry, Guildhall, Small Street, Bristol, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petiotion can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 25 July 2007.
