Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends to declare a First Dividend to unsecured, non-preferential Creditors. Creditors are required, on or before 21 June 2007, to submit their proof of debt to the Liquidator at The Old Mill, 9 Soar Lane, Leicester LE3 5DE, and if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from this Dividend and is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the First Dividend or any other Dividend declared, before his debt is proved. The First Dividend will be declared within 4 months of the above-mentioned date.
