A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Greenfold Cottage, Cutler Hill Road, Crime View, Oldham OL8 3NZ, presented on 23 March 2007 by Charnwood Borough Council, of Benefits and Revenues Service Enforcement Section, Council Offices, Southfield Road, Loughborough LE11 2TX, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Companies Court, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 13 June 2007, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
