Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company is to be held at 76 New Cavendish Street, London W1G 9TB on 18 April 2007 at 3.00pm for the purposes mentioned is Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Resolutions may be proposed at the meeting of creditors to set the basis of the liquidator’s remuneration and to confirm the pre-appointment costs.
