A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 77 Shrivenham Hundred Business Park, Majors Road, Watchfield, Swindon SN6 8TY, presented on 6 March 2007 by Ian Edward Sweeney, a Director, Shareholder and Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Swindon County Court, The Law Courts, Islington Street, Swindon SN1 2HG, on 1 May 2007, at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or her agent in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 30 April 2007.
