Notice is hereby given that a Change of Name Deed (Deed Poll) dated 18 September 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 8 January 2007 by C L Wagstaff, as the person having parental responsibility, on behalf of the said REISS JAMES WAGSTAFF who is a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Reiss James Smail and assumed the name of Reiss James Wagstaff.
