Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13 November 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 22 November 2006, AMINAH MUTI, of 39 Kynaston Road, Thornton Heath, Croydon CR7 7AZ, is married, a Commonwealth citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Yvonne Deloris Muti and assumed the name of Aminah Muti.
