Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 2 August 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 7 August 2006, SAMANTHA JANE HARDING, of 14 Ashwood Close, Plympton, Plymouth, Devon PL7 2FU, is single and a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Samantha Jane Morris and assumed the name of Samantha Jane Harding.
