JOINT UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PEMBROKESHIRE

On 13 July 2006 and 28 June 2006 respectively, Pembrokeshire County Council and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority adopted these plan proposals with modifications. The adopted proposals will form the development plan, for the area for which Pembrokeshire County Council is the statutory local planning authority, and also for the area for which the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority is the local planning authority. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting these areas. Copies of the adopted proposals are available for inspection at: Pembrokeshire County Council Offices, County Hall, Haverfordwest and Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority offices, Llanion Park, Pembroke Dock on Mondays to Thursdays between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm and on Fridays between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm. The proposals came into operation on their adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within six weeks from 19 July 2006, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
