No 992 of 2006 In the Matter of WEBCROM LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Suite 401, 302 Regent Street, London W1B 3HH presented on 9 February 2006 by Royal Mail Group Plc, formerly Consignia Plc of Stonehill Road, Farnworth, Bolton BL4 9XX, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Companies Court, Chancery Division, at Room TM 1.10, 1st Floor, Thomas More Building, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 10 May 2006, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 9 May 2006.
