In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 8012 of 2006 In the Matter of QUARTERMAN’S TRANSPORT LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Kinnair Aston House, Redburn Road, Newcastle upon Tyne NE5 1NB, presented on 12 January 2003 by David Cox, of 13 Charlton Rise, Ludlow, Shropshire SY8 1ND, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Newcastle County Court, on 8 May 2006, at 1420 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
