NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF PROPOSALS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF A LOCAL PLAN
MILTON KEYNES LOCAL PLAN 2001-2011
On 21 December 2005, Milton Keynes Council adopted the Milton Keynes Local Plan 2001-2011. The adopted Plan will form part of the development plan for the area of Milton Keynes. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. Copies of the adopted plan are available for inspection at Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes MK9 3HQ, from 9.00 am to 5.15 pm Monday to Friday, all Milton Keynes council libraries (during normal opening hours) or can be viewed on the web at: http://www.mkweb.co.uk/local%5Fplan%5Freview/home.asp Copies are also available for purchase through writing to the Development Plans Team at the above address, telephoning 01908 252599 or emailing development.plans@milton-keynes.gov.uk The Plan came into operation on its adoption. Any person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990, or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 19 January 2006, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
