M20/M26 JUNCTION: SIGNS AND ROAD MARKINGS SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS ON THE APPROACHES TO THE JUNCTION: ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT:
DETERMINATION BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR TRANSPORT UNDER SECTION 105A(3) OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has determined that
his proposal to implement signs and road markings safety improvements at M20/M26 junction
approaches, which is a relevant project within the meaning of section 105A(1) of the
Highways Act 1980, is not subject to environmental impact assessment in accordance
with Part VA of the Highways Act 1980 implementing Directive 85/337/EEC as amended
by Directive 97/11/EC.

6 weeks from the date of this notice.
