THIRD DEGREE LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 62 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BU, on 7 December 2005, at 12.00 noon, for the purposes provided for in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. A proxy form must be lodged by Creditors, together with a statement of their claim, at the offices of Benedict Mackenzie, not later than 12.00 noon on 6 December 2005, to entitle them to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
