I hereby give notice that by a Deed Poll dated 3 March 2005 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL, on 21 September 2005, I, PETER THOMAS HOOD, of The Moorings, Farm Lane, Camber, Rye, East Sussex, who is single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, renounced, relinquished and abandoned the name of Bolton and assumed the name of Hood.
