Notice is hereby given that Elliot Harry Green, of Oury Clark, Herschel House, 58 Herschel Street, Slough, Berkshire SL1 1HD, was appointed Liquidator of the said Company on 28 June 2005. Notice is also hereby given that a Meeting of the Creditors in the above matter is to be held at Oury Clark, Herschel House, 58 Herschel Street, Slough, Berkshire SL1 1HD, on 8 November 2005, at 10.00 am. The Meeting is an initial Creditors’ Meeting under section 4.54(6) of the Insolvency Act 1986. Any Creditor entitled to attend and vote at this Meeting is entitled to do so either in person or proxy. Completed proxy forms must be lodged with the Liquidator by the date of the Meeting. In order for Creditors to be entitled to vote, details of their claim must be lodged at Oury Clark, Herschel House, 58 Herschel Street, Slough, Berkshire SL1 1HD, not later than 12.00 noon, on 7 November 2005.
