No 68 of 2005 In the Matter of NATIONWIDE RESCUE & REPAIR LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Maple House, High Street, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire EN6 5BS, presented on 13 July 2005 by The Governor & Company of the Bank of Scotland, trading as Bank of Scotland Cashflow Finance, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Liverpool District Registry at Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts, Derby Square, Liverpool L2 1XA, Merseyside, on 5 September 2005, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 2 September 2005.
