Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, General Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Insol House, 39 Station Road, Lutterworth, Leicestershire LE17 4AP, on 23 September 2005, at 1.00 pm and 1.15 pm respectively, for the purposes provided for in the said section.
