Meetings of Creditors

ALLEN CONSTRUCTION LIMITED Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Cambridgeshire Moat House, Bar Hill, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire CB3 8EU, on Tuesday 28 June 2005, at 10.15 am, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of Smith & Williamson Limited, 1st Floor, Holbrook House, 72 Bank Street, Maidstone, Kent ME14 1SN, between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm, on 24 June 2005 and 27 June 2005. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge a full statement of account and (if not an individual attending in person) a proxy at the offices of Smith & Williamson Limited, 1st Floor, Holbrook House, 72 Bank Street, Maidstone, Kent ME14 1SN, no later than 12.00 noon on 27 June 2005. Secured Creditors must, unless they surrender their security, give particulars of their security and its assessed value if they wish to vote at the Meeting.
