Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 29 March 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 19 April 2005, Despo Andreou, as person having parental responsiblity, on behalf of the said DEMETRIOS ANDREAS ANDREOU, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Demetrios Andreas Kyriacou and assumed the name of Demetrios Andreas Andreou.
