Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 2 March 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 23 March 2005, I, D LEGENDARY ICEMANN J, of 41 Byron Way, West Drayton, Middlesex UB7 9JD, divorced and a Commonwealth citizen, by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Leslie Gamal Jones and assumed in lieu thereof the name of D Legendary Icemann J.
