Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a full statement of account at Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO53 3TZ, not later than 12.00 noon the business day preceding the Meeting.
