No 473 of 2005 In the Matter of NIRVANA PRINT SOLUTIONS LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 36 Chester Square, Ashton under Lyne, Lancashire OL6 7TW, presented on 25 January 2005 by TDFE Limited, 47 Mill Street, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey KT1 2RG and by Wessex Binding Services Limited, 28 Liberty Close, Three Legged Cross, Wimborne, Dorset BH21 6SY, claiming to be Creditors of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 2 March 2005, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 1 March 2005.
