Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company are required, on or before 16 February 2005, to prove their debts or claims by sending to the undersigned, Malcolm P Fillmore, of Benedict Mackenzie LLP, 3-4 The Court Yard, East Park, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 6AG, the Joint Liquidator of the Company, statements of the amount they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so required, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary in proving their debt or claim. A Creditor who has not proved their debt or claim before the declaration of any Dividend is not entitled to disturb any Dividend declared before the debt was proved.
