Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 11 August 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 29 October 2004 TEDDY NAZIM, of 2 Grampian Gardens, Golders Green, London NW2 1JG, also 1435 Marigold Street, Upland CA 91784, married and a British citizen by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Mohamed Nazim and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Teddy Nazim.
