Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 7 May 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 1 June 2004, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said JACK ALFRED WALDRON BOUNDS, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Jack Alfred Wald and assumed the name of Jack Alfred Waldron Bounds. 1 June 2004.
