JBM METAL PROCESSING LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Devlin House, 36 St George Street, Mayfair, London W1R 9FA, on 14 July 2004, at 3.00 pm, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Resolutions to be taken at the Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the basis on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated, and the Meeting may receive information, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs, and the convening of the Meeting. Notice is also given that secured Creditors (unless they surrender their security) must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and its value if they wish to vote at the Meeting.
