Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester M2 3EY, on 30 July 2004, at 11.00 am, to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator and to pass Resolutions as to the release of the Liquidator and as to the disposal of the books, accounts and documents of the Company.
