TELSTAR VIDEO ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED

We, Paul David Williams, of Menzies Corporate Restructuring, 17-19 Foley Street, London W1W 6DW, and David Rubin, of David Rubin and Partners, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY, give notice in accordance with Rule 4.106(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that we were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company on 23 April 2004. Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 23 July 2004, to prove their debts by sending to Telstar Video Entertainment Limited, at Menzies Corporate Restructuring, 17-19 Foley Street, London W1W 6DW, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Telstar Video Entertainment Limited to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved their debt before the declaration of any Dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in it, the distribution of that Dividend or any other Dividend declared before their debt was proved.
