(formerly Coys of Kensington Sales Limited) At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Quadrangle, 180 Wardour Street, London W1F 8LB, on 17 March 2004, the following Extraordinary Resolutions were duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that accordingly the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Martin Charles Armstrong, of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, and Paul Robert Appleton, of David Rubin & Partners, 26-28 Bedford Row, London WC1R 4HE, be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.” D Jamieson, Chairman
