In accordance with Rule 4.106 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that Colin Andrew Prescott of Moore Stephens, 1-2 Little King Street, Bristol BS1 4HW, was appointed Liquidator of the above-named Company by the Members on 25 June 2003. All the Creditors of the above-named Company are required, on or before 27 September 2003, to send in writing their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to Colin Andrew Prescott of Moore Stephens, 1-2 Little King Street, Bristol BS1 4HW, the Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, or by their Solicitors, or personally to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as may be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. It should be noted that the Directors of the Company have made a statutory declaration that they have made a full enquiry into the affairs of the Company and that they are of the opinion that the Company will be able to pay its debts in full.
