Notice is hereby given that a Interim Dividend for the year ended 31 December 2003, of £300 per share has been declared payable on the Ordinary Shares of £1 each, in the capital of Traffic Management Products Limited. The Dividend is payable on or after 8 May 2003, and holders of Share Warrants to Bearer should lodge Coupon No 5 for payment at the registered offices of the Company situated at Woodbridge House, Chapel Road, Smallfield, Surrey RH6 9NW. Coupon listing forms may be obtained from the Company.
