Notice is hereby given that at a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company, convened under the provisions of section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held at Phillips & Co, 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8ES, on Wednesday 2 April 2003. Helen Timothe Phillips was duly appointed Liquidator of the Company. I further give notice that the Creditors of the above-named Company are required, on or before Wednesday 28 May 2003, to send in their full forenames and surnames, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to Helen Phillips, of Phillips & Co, at the above address. Creditors may be required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, personally, or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
