Notice is hereby given that the last date for proving debts against the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, is 30 April 2003, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, David Thurgood, of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, the Joint Liquidator of the Company. The full details of claims, referred to above, must include the Creditor’s name and address, the amount of the claim and the particulars of how and when the debt was incurred by the Company.
