A & C FABRICATIONS LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Solomon Hare, 4th Floor, Riverside House, 31 Cathedral Road, Cardiff CF11 9HB, on 26 March 2003, at 12.00 noon, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Forms of proxy which, if to be used at the Meeting, must be lodged with the Company at the offices of Solomon Hare, 4th Floor, Riverside House, 31 Cathedral Road, Cardiff CF11 9HB, not later than 12.00 noon on 25 March 2003. A list of names and addresses of Creditors will be available for inspection at the offices of Solomon Hare, 4th Floor, Riverside House, 31 Cathedral Road, Cardiff CF11 9HB, free of charge, on the two days immediately prior to the date of the Meeting.
