In the Liverpool County Court.  No 149 of 2003 In the Matter of THE UK IMPORTERS CLUB and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Unit 1, Victoria Park, Woodend Avenue, Spoke, Merseyside L24 7SA, presented on 30 January 2003 by Edwin James Kirkwood, Supervisor of the Partnership Voluntary Arrangement, of BKR Haines Watts, Sterling House, Maple Court, Maple Road, Tankersley, Barnsley S75 3DP, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Liverpool County Court, Derby Square, Liverpool L2 1XA, on 31 March 2003, at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
