THE BARNET (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (1997, NO 53) (AMENDMENT
NO 54) TRAFFIC ORDER 2003

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made, on 12 March 2003, an Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The Order amends existing waiting and loading restrictions and introduces new waiting restrictions in various roads as shown in the Schedules below. These waiting restrictions will ensure the free passage of vehicles, maintain junction safety and reduce vehicle queuing. This Order also renames the road formerly known as the unnamed slip road between Nos 92 to 96 and 98 to 102 Burnt Oak Broadway to Stockwell Close.
A copy of the proposed Order, which will come into operation on Monday 17 March 2003, a plan of the relevant area and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected, between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays (Bank Holidays excepted) for a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published, at:

(a) Traffic Section, Room 1006, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ; and
(b) The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

Streets Hours of Operation
Bushfield Crescent:
(a) both sides:
(1) from a point 32 metres south-west of the south-western kerbline of Meadfield to a point 15 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerbline of Meadfield;	At any time
(2) from a point 15 metres west of the western kerbline of Bushfield Close to a point 15 metres east of the eastern kerbline of Bushfield Close;	At any time
(b) south side, from a point 27 metres east of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 55 and 57 Bushfield Crescent to a point 18 metres west of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 55 and 57 Bushfield Crescent;	At any time
(c) north and west sides, from a point 2 metres south of a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of No 96 Bushfield Crescent to a point 20 metres east of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 100 and 102 Bushfield Crescent;	At any time
