Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.106 of The Insolvency Act 1986, that Matthew Colin Bowker, of Jacksons Jolliffe Cork, 33 George Street, Wakefield WF1 1LX, was appointed Liquidator of the above Company, on 15 January 2003. Creditors are required to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to Jacksons Jolliffe Cork on or before 28 February 2003. If so required, by notice in writing from the Liquidator, personally or by their Solicitor, Creditors must come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice.
