In accordance with Rule 4.106 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, we, Paul Howard Finn, of Finn Associates, Tong Hall, Tong, West Yorkshire BD4 0RR and Stephen Daniel Swaden, of Leonard Curtis & Co., One Great Cumberland Place, London W1H 7LW, give notice that, on 14 May 2002, we were appointed as Joint Liquidators of United Managers Limited by Resolutions of the Creditors. Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 28 June 2002, to send in their full forenames and surnames, their addresses and particulars of their debts or claims, to the undersigned, Paul Howard Finn, of Finn Associates, Tong Hall, Tong, West Yorkshire BD4 0RR, the Joint Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidator, are, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.
