In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 860 of 2002 In the Matter of ASKG LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 96 Audley Road, London NW4 3HG, presented on 6 February 2002 by HM Customs and Excise, of VAT SME Operations, Civil Recoveries Unit, 3rd Floor, Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4AA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 27 March 2002, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 26 March 2002.
