No. 2242 of 2001 In the Matter of AMICUS DIGITAL LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Verulam Gardens, 70 Gray’s Inn Road, London WC1X 8NF, presented on 30th March 2001 by Lee Associates Limited, 5 Southampton Place, London WC1A 2DA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 9th May 2001, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 8th May 2001.
