No. 2120 of 2001 In the Matter of WORSHIP STREET TAXI CENTRE LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Greendon House, 7 b Bayham Street, London NW1 0EY (registered office), presented on 27th March 2001 by Crown Leisure PLC, of 139 Brookfield Place, Walton Summit Centre, Bamber Bridge, Preston PR5 8BF, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard by the High Court, sitting at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 9th May 2001, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 8th May 2001. A copy of the Petition will be supplied by the undersigned on payment of the prescribed charge.
