In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 1825 of 2001 In the Matter of A PLUS BUILDERS & PROPERTY MAINTENANCE LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 1-2 Dorchester Parade, Leigham Court Road, London SW16 2PQ, presented on 14th March 2001, by Ashbury Property Services Limited, of 2 Mountview Court, 310 Friern Barnet Lane, London N.20, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 25th April 2001, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
