No. 1245 of 2001 In the Matter of BLUECHIP CONSULTANTS LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 46 a Syon Lane, Isleworth, Middlesex TW7 5NQ, presented on 21st February 2001 by HM Customs and Excise, of Forum House, 14 Thames Street, Staines, Greater London TW18 4UD, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 4th April 2001, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 3rd April 2001.
